"We don't want to continually pay software vendors for software upgrades"

When we develop a new release of one of our products we don't charge you a fee to upgrade. Some software vendors will sell you a system and then encourage you to pay for an upgrade a few months down the road. Often times the "upgrades" contain suggestions you have made to the software vendor. We don't do business this way! Our maintenance and support contracts include software upgrades and enhancements at no additional cost.

"We want secure remote access to our building so we can work from home"

All of our systems are internet-aware and are protected by a secure firewall. This allows you to work off-site and allows us to immediately be able to address your needs when questions about data arise. Equally as important, our secure remote access configuration does not require expensive dedicated lines that some of our competitors rely upon. All you will need is a modem, or broadband connection.

"We want our questions answered in a timely manner"

We stand behind each of our software products by providing toll-free customer support. When you call us you don't get an automated voice message. And, in most cases your questions are addressed immediately.

"We need to ensure that our data is secure and virus free"

We couldn't agree with you more! That is why we use Unix or Linux servers. These operating systems are least likely to be the target of virus writers and hackers. Your server will also sit behind a secure firewall that protects your data from those who should not be seeing it. Our Virtual Private Network (VPN) architecture adds another layer of security ensuring that data accessed remotely is encrypted and therefore safe from prying eyes.

"We would prefer a "one-stop shop" for our software and networking needs"

While we don't require that you use our services for network or internet-related setup, we do offer a consulting service that includes everything from the setup and networking of new computers, to the installation of routers, DSL, printers and other peripherals. Many customers, who prefer having a single contact for both software and hardware issues, use MSI for all their computer needs.
